My Mac desktop is a mess. File and folder icons seem to be scattered everywhere (I swear there’s a method to this madness). I put things on my desktop to quickly and easily access things I’m currently working on, but not only is it unsightly, it’s also annoying when I need to take a screenshot, which happens frequently.
Terkel Gjervig seems to have the solution to my desktop problem. Gjervig posted a video of his latest project, Desktop Cleaning, a Mac utility that does what I need when I want a clean desktop. Use a virtual rug to cover everything.
