To adjust Apple Watch vibration in the Watch app on your iPhone, Open the Watch app and access My watch > Sounds and haptics > Haptics.
Select the option you want from the list there. Off Completely disable notification vibration. Standard makes the Apple Watch vibrate twice. Distinctive vibrates it once for a long time and then twice briefly.
This setting only adjusts the notification vibration. There are also two other less noticeable types of vibration: that of the Digital Crown and that of the haptic system. Both are simply used to provide information when using the Apple Watch.
While the Digital Crown’s vibration is self-explanatory, the system’s haptics generally serve to confirm various interactions with the Apple Watch. For example, when you use double tap and wrist gestures, Apple Watch vibrates to confirm.
You cannot customize these two types of vibration; You can only turn them on or off. They can be found under Settings > Sounds and haptics either My watch > Sounds and haptics in it System sounds and haptics section at the end of the list. To turn off the Digital Crown vibration, toggle the switch below Haptics (Corona); To disable system haptics, move the switch below System haptics.
