Apple’s newest device isn’t an Apple Watch or an iPhone or even an iPad, but it has elements of all three. Called HomeView, it’s a “personal” smart display designed to be the centerpiece of your home. The screen looks like a giant Apple Watch, but it’s an entirely new device designed to be touched like an iPad, rotated like an iMac G4, and spoken like a smart speaker, all wrapped up in an adorable package that feels equally at home on the kitchen counter or end table.

You can scroll through the images below to see it in real life, but I wanted to highlight a couple here as well. When mounted on a wall with the cable hidden (not an easy task), it looks sleek and futuristic, almost like a VisionOS widget. It’s a little thick, almost 10mm, but the brushed metal case and rounded corners add a sophistication you won’t get with an Echo Show.
