Fortunately, we have a link to the Apple Music error page that you can use to see the iPod for yourself; If you are an Apple Music user, copy the link and paste it into a browser, because clicking the link launches the Music app, where you won’t be able to see the iPod. Here is the link: (You can also right click on the link and open it in a new browser tab.)

The iPod shown is interactive. To use the click wheel on a Mac, place your cursor over it, then click and drag. On an iPhone or iPad, it becomes a meta-experience where today meets yesterday and suddenly you’re using the iPod on your device’s screen.

It’s unclear if this is a gimmick exclusive to an event that will eventually disappear or if it’s here to stay. I certainly hope it’s the latter, but in case it’s not, check it out before time runs out. You can also watch Steve Jobs’ introduction to the iPod below (I wasn’t there, but you can see my wife in the YouTube thumbnail, sitting behind then-Macworld editors Jason Snell, Rick LePage, and Jonathan Seff, and next to Philip Michaels).
