flowkey listens to you play through a microphone or MIDI connection and immediately tells you which notes you hit. A sheet music book can’t do that. In standby mode, a song pauses until you play the right note, so you’re never left behind. Difficult passages are easier to learn with slow motion, a loop button, and separate practice for each hand. Each lesson also displays a video of a pianist on the same screen as the sheet music.
This plan includes more than 1,000 classical and public domain songs by composers such as Bach, Chopin, Beethoven, and Mozart. Each song has beginner, intermediate, advanced and professional arrangements, so you can start with an easy version and return to a more difficult one as you improve. You also get all of flowkey’s courses, with lessons on music theory, chords, sheet music reading, and hand position.
You can use flowkey on as many devices as you want. Mac users who want to connect a MIDI keyboard should use Chrome or another compatible browser, because Safari only detects notes through the microphone. Existing Flowkey subscribers can redeem this code once their existing plan expires.
