AT&T’s smart home security system now integrates with Gemini for Home. The company says its Connected Life system is the “first” home security product to integrate with Google Home Premium, enabling a suite of Gemini-powered features that can summarize events in the home, search your video history, and more.

With the update, Gemini for Home can provide detailed descriptions about events captured by your security cameras, such as who delivered a package and how many items they left behind. You can also search for recorded video footage using natural language questions, such as “What did the garden dig up last night?” or “Who let the dogs out?”, as well as review daily summaries of activity inside and outside your home.

These features are only available with AT&T’s $29.99/month Connected Life Professional monitoring plan. AT&T is also adding the ability to automatically arm or disarm your home based on its proximity to your home.
