Are you tired of juggling so many chargers cluttering your desk? This Anker 6-Port Charging Station can solve that problem by running all the power cables through one neat point. Right now, you can get one on sale for just $99.99 on Amazon, $50 off the original $149.99. That’s just $5 more than its all-time lowest price, and it’s still a solid deal.
Simply plug it into a power outlet and then place it on the corner of your desk. That power cord is 5 feet long, so you have flexibility on where to place it. Then all you have to do is connect your USB cables to this charging station to charge your phone, laptop, tablet, headphones, and anything else that needs power. With four USB-C and two USB-A, it offers enough coverage for all your things and you can charge them simultaneously.
Is fast enough for laptops? You bet. It supports 250W of total power, capable of delivering up to 140W on the main USB-C port, up to 100W on the other USB-C ports, and up to 22.5W on the USB-A ports. Please note that when multiple ports are used at the same time, the total 250W is divided between them, so it may not reach the maximum of each port. But the nifty digital display shows how much power is being sent to each port, so there are no surprises.
This is a heavy duty charger for advanced users. That $99 asking price is a great value for someone who has an entire power strip taken up by adapters and chargers. But for someone who only has a phone and headphones to stay charged, it’s overkill. It’s also not very portable. For those latter cases, you might be better off with an Anker 3-port charger or an Anker travel power strip, respectively.
